The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a designated area for business activities such as printing, scanning, and accessing the internet for work purposes.

The property's location is peaceful and stunning, very close to an exotic garden on the other side of the local road and a beautiful beach and the Phi Phi Islands. The rooms offered are luxurious and well-equipped with a tub and an exotic garden, as example...

Luxurious room with the garden and perfect terrace and a big bed, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Appetising and great meals. Location so close to the Phi Phi Islands as well as James Bond Island and a gorgeous garden. Polite staff and attention to detail👍😀🙂

They gave me stunning and quiet room with a tub as well as large beds. My room included an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The private pool in the garden was super chill and the beach was white and fine sand. , the breakfast served a good cappuccino and Americano.

We had a magical romantic escape! The traditional Thai style rooms were beautiful and had a large comfy bed that gave us the ultimate relaxation. The private pool was surrounded by a gorgeous garden that added to its charm. The beach location was perfect for a romantic getaway, where we enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets.

The location was a bit secluded, making it difficult to explore the neighboring town, which didn't have many open restaurants. the cleanliness and maintenance of the public pools could be improved.

The impeccable service crowned our experience, while we indulged in a delicious breakfast and unwinded at the spa. Our room featured an awesome pool, and all the modern facilities we needed to enjoy our stay in luxury.

The limited food options left us craving for variety.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was divine. The outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking with lush garden areas and beach access for a perfect tropical experience. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a wide range of Halal options, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding. The private facilities were exclusive with all the necessary room advantages for a comfortable stay.

The only negative point was that the buffet breakfast lacked healthy options like muesli and fruit. But, the à la carte breakfast was better than the buffet, and it compensated for the minor issue.

I had a wonderful stay at Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa. The resort's traditional Thai wooden architecture was absolutely stunning. I loved spending time on the peaceful beach and lounging by the large pool. My room was spacious and the terrace with a pool was perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I also enjoyed seeing the turtles, fishes, rabbit, and chicken in the hotel garden.

Stunning architecture, spacious room, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful beach, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
